  • February 27 - CBA 9-th graduation. First time between the graduates also those, who studied abroad.

  • December 12 - Christmas Ball for CBA students and second meeting of CBA graduates
  • November 25 - CBA employees and students take place in the 10-th Conference of Office employees and directors
    
  • October 13 - CBA students gain 3-rd place in the Bowling Tournament between 26 colleges

  • June 10 - the study programs "Tourism and Hotel Service", "Public Relations and Advertising" and "Jurisprudence" had been accredited for the period of 6 years

  • The Ministry of Education and Science confirms, that CBA in the 2008/2009 academic year has matriculated more students than any other college in Latvia.

  • November 8 – first meeting of CBA graduates
  • November 4 – CBA representatives meet the president of the State - Valdis Zatlers and his wife (in Ireland, Limerick)
  • October 24,25 – CBA takes part in the exhibition “Liepaja’s Entrepreneur 2008”
  • October 10,11 – College of Business Administration (CBA) takes part in the exhibition “Liepaya’s Entrepreneur 2008”
  • October 8,9 – CBA takes part in the Days of Good Service
  • September 25 – CBA takes part in the business forum “Entrepreneurs’ Day of Studies 2008”
  • September 19,20 – CBA takes part in the exhibition “Entrepreneurs’ Days in Daugavpils”

  • March 22-24 – CBA sponsors the concerts of the band “Chicago’s Fives” in Drogheda, Dublin, and Limerick
  • February 28 – March 2 – CBA takes part in the 14-th International Exhibition of Education “SCHOOL 2008”
  • On the 19-th of March for the period of 6 years the study programmes “Personnel Psychology and Human Resource Management” and „Accountancy and Financial Planning” had been accredited.
  • On the 23-rd of February College of Business Administration had its 5-th graduation.
  • On the 3-rd of January College of Business Administration had its 5-year anniversary.
• The year of 2007
  • From the 8-th till the 11-th of November the college headmistress I.Kristovska had been participating in the experience exchange business trip to Denmark. The experience in the work of Denmark colleges had been gained, Lungby College had been visited.
  • In October the number of students reached 1161.
  • On the 7-th of September the governing body of CBA and the teaching staff participated in the seminar „Taking Learning Mobile” organized by “ERICSSON”, which was devoted to the introduction of the mobile education problems and took place in Dublin (Ireland).
  • On the 28-th of August the Cabinet ratified College of Business Administration Statute.
  • On the 28-th of July – the 4-th college graduation.
  • In June the study programme „Jurisprudence” had been licensed; the qualification legal adviser.
  • From the 13-th till the 16-th of June the governing body of the college had been participating in the international conference „New Learning 2.0. Emerging digital territories. Developing continuities- New divides” organized by EDEN (European Distance and E-Learning Network) in Naples (Italy).
  • In May the governing body of the college visited Britain Open University. The work on the collaboration project had been started.
  • In April 2 new study programmes "Tourism and Hotel Service"; the qualification hotel service manager and "Public Relations and Advertising"; the qualification public relations specialist had been licensed.
  • The work on licensing 3 new programmes had been started.
  • On the 17-th of February the 3-rd graduation was oragnized.
• The year of 2006
  • On the 15-th of July CBA had its 2-nd graduation.
  • On the 5-th of July the elections of CBA Council were carried out.
  • On the 27-th of May the magazine “Teacher” had published 2 articles about CBA.
  • The number of students reached 829.
  • On the 18-th of February the 1-st graduation was carried out.
  • 2 new programmes had been licensed.
• The year of 2005
  • In March the number of students was 499.
  • CBA was nominated as the best distance education Project in the Baltic and Northern States in the framework of BOLDIC Project.
  • On the 13-th of April the study programmes had been accredited for the period of 6 years (up till 31.12.2011.).
  • On the 5-th of May the college had gained termless accreditation.
  • CBA organized the practical scientific conference “Business education and regional development”.
• The year of 2004
  • The number of students expanded up to 464.
  • In 2004./2005. academic year at the college the study process was ensured by 38 university lecturers (2 professors, 1 associated professor, 6 university lecturers, 26 lecturers, 3 assistants).
  • 165 CBA computers at students’ disposal to be used at home.
  • Collaboration agreements were signed with Kaunas Technology University Distance education centre (Lithuania) and Baltic Education Technology Insitute (Lithuania).
  • 5 CBA workers had gained quality system manager’s certificates and quality auditor’s certificates.
  • The introduction of the quality management system (ISO 9001) had been started.
• The year of 2003
  • On the 3-rd of January College of Business Administration was established, Educational Institution registration certificate № 3334802338 had been got.
  • On the 13-th of February the licences confirming the rights to implement first level professional study programmes “Commerce” and “Organization and Management of Institution Work” were gained.
  • 231 students had started their studies.
  • In 2003./2004. academic year the college employed 18 university lecturers (1 professor, 4 university lecturers,13 lecturers).
  • College of Business Administration joined the international distance education organization EDEN( European Distance and E-study Network) as well as Latvia Business consultant association, Virtual education association, Latvia College association.
